Pre-Order Koi Viewing Ends

Customers that pre-ordered koi will have 5 days to decide whether they wish to purchase the koi that we selected for them. The deadline to choose is 12 pm noon PST. If the customer is not satisfied with our selection, or we are not able to contact the customer we will issue them a full refund of the deposit and their koi will go up for sale on our website. If they are happy with our selection, then we require full payment for the price of each koi at this time. We will then board the koi during the quarantine process in our temperature-controlled ponds until March 31st, 2025.
